Peter started his working career back in the mid 1980’s and has spent much of that time working in the greater midlands area apart from a few years in Yorkshire and a few months in London… (which he hated). He worked for promotions agency, a packaging design firm, then helped launch a design agency as part of a large advertising firm, became a partner in a creative agency, then an invention company and even an artists and fine art business. .
He started his design firm, PHd design back in 1992 and has since helped hundreds of clients to achieve their creative and business goals with a combination of wit, straight talking, no bullshit, always asking why and a real passion to get stuff done that makes a difference. .
PHd is proud to be recognised with numerous awards and a place in the UK’s top 100 design business list, one of only 3 in the midlands.
